Shaw Brothers Movies Finally Available in the States

I have in my hands the release of the first official Shaw Brothers movie in the US! Not really sure why Black Magic is the first title to be released here, but I suspect it has something to do with the exclusive "English-dubbed soundtrack"?

Anyway, other titles from www.image-entertainment....com includes Water Margin, The (11/07/2006), Have Sword Will Travel: Special Edition (02/06/2007), Wandering Swordsman, The (02/20/2007), and Intimate Confessions of a Chinese Courtesan (06/05/2007). Not listed on their website, but on their printed catalogue are: The Boxer's Omen (11/21/2006), The Magic Blade (11/7/2006), and Super Inframan (10/3/2006).

If you pick up the DVD, it comes with a coupon for a reproduction poster (postage paid!)

	sleeper says: it has the original soundtrack with optional subtitles, plus the english track. (the one that was available in hong kong from celestial pictures had two chinese soundtrack, but missing the english soundtrack). i have also noticed that the subtitles looks much better ! and it's easier to read.
